Smokers are free to smoke on the front and back porch areas and the small pets is so that nobody's pet hurts the other one! The home and rooms are furnished but all can be removed or modified for your room to suit whatever you like! A six month lease is fine and if you want to bring a shed for extra storage along the fenceline in the large backyard that is fine and shelves can be hung where you direct them to be hung each room has a closet and we have shelves to hang according to where you want them mounted all bedroom doors have electronic locks with fingerprint ID for you. The driveway fits 4 vehicles and there is more parking in the cul-de-sac. Quiet neighbors for the most part - some do work in their garages when the weather is good but it's pretty quiet overall.
