Visitors require prior notification and approval. Additional cleaning during your stay can be requested for $150.00. Housekeeping services are mandatory for stays longer than 29 days and cost $150.

Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests checking out beyond 12:00 PM will be subject to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Guests will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels, with a $10 charge if face towels are stained. There will be a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob and for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you're locked out and require assistance. Do not alter any safety device; blocking or disconnecting the security camera pointing at the door entrance will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
