Due to its central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). Vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Any violation of the no-parties, no-events, or no-smoking policy will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day's reservation, plus a $300 additional cleaning fee on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee. An extra guest fee of $60 per extra unregistered guest per night will be charged, with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Guests must report any property damage; any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Check-in is via a smart keypad code, perfect for guests arriving late at night.
