Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighboring units, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room to ensure a restful stay. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 7 AM. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a violation charge. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100. Breaking house rules will result in a $500 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Any violation of the no-smoking policy discovered after check-out will result in the cost of the next day's reservation plus a $300 additional cleaning fee. Any violation of the no parties/gatherings policy will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction. Any violation of the unregistered guest policy will result in a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night, plus a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
