This is a room with attached bathroom for rent (you get your own bathroom not shared with roommates). Shared living room and kitchen is partly furnished, not shown in photos but will be able to see during walk through. Bedroom is unfurnished, but can partially furnish with a bedframe, mattress, dresser, desk and chair if needed! Use of washer and dryer is shared and must be used respectfully (don't leave your clothes in them for extended periods). Please, From 4pm-9pm, no washing and drying clothes, electric is higher charge during that period. No outside shoes inside, indoor house slippers ok. Window AC in room!- do not leave them on when not in the room (this helps keeps the cost of renting down). Shared mailbox with key. This is a roommate situation, please be respectful of having friends over and cleaning after yourself. HOA has quiet hours at 10pm. No water tanks (like fish or turtle tanks). No pets. Need to clean the bedroom window AC unit filter once a month to maintain the life of unit. Month to month lease with preferred minimum of 3 months to start. There is 28 day notice from tenant for moving out. No smoking permitted. Smoke area is designated by the public street -this is a HOA rule. Must follow all HOA rules.
