Whole house generator automatically turns on if there is a power outage. Electrical updated. Water system newly updated. Full kitchen has refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. Central heating. Also has a fireplace. Alarm system. Internet and cell reception. Parking in upper carport. Fully furnished. Washer and dryer are in the house. No smoking of any kind (cigarette, pot, vape, etc), and no drugs. The only "neighbor" is a lot that is on the other side of the upstream bend, out of sight. Well behaved and house trained pet may be considered with additional monthly fee and additional deposit. (Dog is ok with extra monthly fee of $150, cat is ok with extra monthly fee of $175, horse is ok with extra monthly fee of $250.) 1 or 2 months deposit (depending on pets).
