About the building

Beautiful high-end townhome in a gated community. Energy efficient with solar, the electricity is included in the monthly cost!… This is a tranquil area just a stone's throw away from restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. You'll receive a gate clicker and feel safe in a very friendly neighborhood. The garden patio has amazing foliage, very hard to find in Las Vegas. To look out and see those trees and plants will make you feel relaxed. The BBQ is great and having a spacious common area with vaulted ceiling makes it ideal for hosting a few guests when desired. The washer is brand new, the stove is brand new, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. This house stays very cool and comfortable with a powerful AC and fans throughout. This is a duplex townhome but FEELS like a single family residence. I've never, ever, heard my neighbor on the other side (very well-built with concrete between the common wall). I lived here for the past year and am heading to California, will be a phone call away to take care of anything that comes up. The house comes semi-furnished. The King sized mattress in the master bedroom is only one year old and super comfortable. There's also an additional memory foam Queen size mattress in the garage if you wish to use that for the other bedroom. The front grounds are well maintained by the HOA. I will absorb the monthly HOA fee of $185 which is included in the monthly cost. Please schedule a meeting ASAP as this will get snatched up quick!
