This recently refurbished beach chic rental offers a comfortable retreat. This condo features a living space with a sofa that has a pull-out bed with a standard size mattress, a large screen wall-mounted smart TV, and an accent chair. The dining area has a built-in bench and two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a full stainless steel appliance package, white cabinets, a backsplash, a Keurig, a blender, a toaster, and a tea kettle. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, dual nightstands, and lamps. The attached bathroom has a single vanity, a large mirror, and a tiled shower with a glass enclosure. Assigned parking is available directly behind the unit. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the complex. Situated in the heart of downtown Naples, this condo is in a highly pedestrian-friendly location. Guests can walk to the beach, which is less than a mile away, as well as to 5th Ave S with its shops and restaurants, and multiple waterfront dining options. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Check-in is self-service and codes will be provided after full payment and HOA approval. Please allow 30 days for HOA processing and approval. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. They have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 45 minute drive from the condo. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions.
