In the heart of the most walkable neighborhood in the city, this 1905 Craftsman is easy to care for, comfortable, and close to EVERYTHING -- buses,… restaurants, pubs, fitness, movies, grocery stores, and cafes? We have them all. Five colorful bedrooms, ranging from a petite 7.5' x 13' (used variously as a child's bedroom, an adult bedroom with a loft bed, an office, or a guest bedroom), to a capacious 13' x 22' (used frequently by couples or by folks needing both a BR and a home office in one), to an indulgent 10' x 15.75' -- a bedroom which also boasts BOTH: 1) 12' x 9' exterior deck, AND 2) a 7.5' x 12.5' enclosed "sleeping porch" which easily fits a queen bed, so that the the first part of the bedroom can act as a parlor). Then two more bedrooms in-between (10' x 10' with a desk alcove, or 11' x11' with bay windows). This house hasn't been available to rent since 2016, and is looking for a new family or group house to love it. You must see it to believe it. The place will be empty as of 6/29, and rental is sought for either 7/1 or 8/1. Tenants to pay utilities, deposit can be split over multiple months. Bathrooms vary from 1) a full bath on the second floor to 2) an indulgent wetroom with multiple showerheads and heated floors on the first floor. The basement is unfinished and allows for copious storage or project space, as well as having a washer and dryer. Kitchen is mid-sized and highly functional. Living room and dining room are midsized and a well-positioned hallway allows for circular foot traffic through the downstairs. All interior paint renewed within last 3 years, new carpets just completed. NOTE: some photos show past furniture, but house is unfurnished.
