Main bedroom with its own bathroom is $850 Middle size room has a large closet and it's own direct door to the shared bathroom - $750 Third bedroom has its own entrance to the balcony - $700. Internet/water/trash/parking - all included in the price. Electric bill is covered up to $100 a month, tenants pay the rest. Laundry room includes washer and dryer (included in rent). Place is mostly furnished and we will work with future tenants to decide what they want to keep or do not need. Carpets in bedrooms are getting replaced before move in. Move in dates are flexible since current tenants are moving back to their home towns.
