If at that point, both parties decide we should move forward, and with the approval of the owner, we will ask for $50 per adult to run credit for anyone 18 and over. 4. After running credit and with the approval of the owner, we will arrange another meeting to sign rental papers, collect the deposit, and first month's rent.
