Minimum 1 Year Lease Term with other Terms Available conditionally; $100 non-refundable Application and Admin/Processing Fee Per Adult Applicant; Pets welcome conditionally with an additional deposit and a non-refundable monthly fee based on type of pet - pets approved on a case by case basis; Very Good Credit Required; Minimum standards enforced for Credit history, Income, Rental history, Employment requirements, criminal background and past landlord referrals. Strictly No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Signed application (with fees and all required documents) are required for application acceptance.
