Duration: Lease can range from one month to twelve months. Minimum stay is one month. Rent: Rent is $4,950 due to the convenience and additional costs associated with furnishing the property. Rent can be paid monthly, and may offer flexibility with bi-weekly or quarterly payments. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $2,000 is required. This deposit is refundable upon the satisfactory condition of the property at the end of the lease term. Utilities and Services: Mid-Term Rental includes utilities such as electricity, water, and internet up to $500 in the rent. If the total utility costs exceed the cap during any given month, the guest is responsible for paying the excess amount. Anything else would be the responsibility of the guest. Furnishings and Amenities: Living Room: The living room is furnished with a sofa set, coffee table, TV stand, and two additional armchairs. Also, includes a desk and a chair as a workspace. Dining Area: There should be a dining table and four chairs provided. Bedrooms: Each bedroom should include a bed (queen or king size), nightstands with lamps, and a chest or closets for storage. The refund policy is as follows : One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Under 15 days prior to the arrival date or during your stay then the first or current months booking will not be refunded. Insurance: Tenants may be required to have renter's insurance to cover personal belongings and liability. Parking and Transportation: The property includes a garage that can accommodate parking for two cars. This space is enclosed and provides protection from the elements.
