Lease terms

The property is available for a 12-month residential lease. The first month's rent and a refundable security deposit are due before move-in. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, internet, cable, lawn care, and any other utilities or services unless otherwise stated in the lease. The property must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and the tenant is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, occupants, guests, or unauthorized animals. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. Pets may be considered with prior written approval, applicable pet fees, and compliance with any community restrictions. Subleasing and short-term rentals are prohibited. All adult applicants must complete a rental application and may be subject to credit, income, rental-history, eviction-history, and background screening. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term.
