Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of any house rules. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home includes a range of thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort, such as air conditioning and ceiling fans. The home is not baby-proofed. Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats. Pool heating must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs an additional fee. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee and potential security deposit applied. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the property. A maximum of 16+ guests are accommodated. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to four cars may park side-to-side in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the house (space not guaranteed). Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle.
