I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a large, well-maintained house, as I need to move back to Belgium for family reasons. The ideal person would be clean, respectful of shared spaces, and communicative. The room itself is the largest in the house, offering plenty of space to get comfortable. It also includes a large walk-in closet with sliding mirror doors, which makes storage easy and convenient. With its 3 windows, it's a bright and comfortable space that you can easily make your own! The house is very spacious, so it never feels crowded. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement, along with extra storage if needed. Outside, you'll find both a front porch and a back patio with a garden, which are great for relaxing. There is also a driveway that fits 2 car (tandem), as well as free off-street parking available. The location is in the Linden Square area of Malden, with easy access to bus routes 108, 109, and 426 (which can get you downtown in about 20 minutes!) Right off route 1 and 60 too. Rent is $1050 per month with a 12-month lease. Utilities are split between roommates. The landlord has been very reasonable, only increasing rent by $25 per year since I've lived here, and is responsive and helpful whenever needed. !No pets unfortunately!
