Minimum 12-month lease preferred. This home has a paid-off solar system, which may help keep the electric bill significantly lower than similar homes without solar. Tenant is still responsible for all utility accounts, service charges, and usage-based charges unless otherwise stated in the final lease. Utility savings may vary based on tenant usage, season, utility rates, and household size. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, garage, or enclosed areas. Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and safe, disposing of trash properly, using appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and solar-related equipment reasonably, and not disturbing neighbors. Pets are allowed only with prior written approval and any required pet fee/deposit. First month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in. Renters insurance is required before move-in and must remain active during the lease term.
