The master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mickey Mouse room offers two full beds, and the Queen en-suite room includes a queen bed with its own bathroom. Another queen bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the Rustic room features a twin over full bunk bed. The Avengers room includes two twin beds and a trundle. Two living areas give your group room to spread out, with a downstairs living room ideal for gathering and an upstairs loft for relaxed downtime. The home includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a TV. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas are available. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and host approval, specifying breed and weight, and a pet fee is applied, subject to up to a $150 security deposit. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway, parked side by side, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. Additional parking can be found on Lava Tree Dr, and the Clubhouse parking lot can be used during the day but not overnight. Located in the ChampionsGate community, you have access to a water park, amenity center, clubhouse, and nearby golf courses. The area offers easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining at Posner Park, along with Orlando's top attractions like Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, each only a short drive away. ChampionsGate is a gated master-plan community secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional fee. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit of essentials is provided for bathrooms, laundry, and the kitchen. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Shoes are to be wiped at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines posted within the home must be followed. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. The home includes a dedicated workspace.
