Lease terms provided after clearing of background check, credit score verification and income verification. However, no pets. Tenant will have access to community pool May - approx August. Tenant must get approval in writing from landlord to modify home in any manner; text via cell phone is acceptable communication, along with email and carrier mail. All communication must be professional and non hostile or the contract will be considered breached. Locks may not be changed unless owner is given a key within 24 hours and tenant must request permission to have it done with reason provided.
