Pricing: One private bedroom and bathroom in a shared house for $1,500/month. (Note: The total house rent is $3,000, split equally between two housemates sharing the common areas). Utilities: Split 50/50 between housemates. The amounts listed are averages with some being a monthly utility and some being quarterly (e.g. trash and recycling) Lease Length: Initial 9-11month lease term Background Checks: Financial and criminal background checks required via the platform. Smoking: Strictly smoke-free indoors (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana). Household Vibe: This rental comprises the lower and upper floor of the home. There is a quiet, independent, long-term tenant residing in the house already that is seeking a housemate. Preserving a peaceful living environment is a priority; top applicants will be invited to a brief meet-and-greet interview with the existing tenant to ensure a flawless match for everyone! Pet Policy: Small, house-trained pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. To apply with a pet, please provide a "Pet Profile" (photo, age, vaccination records, and references from a previous landlord). In compliance with Colorado law, we do not charge upfront non-refundable fees. A refundable $300 pet deposit and a $35/month pet rent apply.
