The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Parking is available but tight, with 6 spots for 6 apartments, which may be too tight for larger vehicles. This apartment is steps away from Holy Cross Monastery and within walking distance to the vibrant restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment of Mt. Adams. It is surrounded by Eden Park, home to landmarks such as the Cincinnati Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, and Krohn Conservatory. Downtown Cincinnati is a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away, and the hip Over-the-Rhine district is also a 5-minute Uber ride for dinner and drinks. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in termination without refund. The property retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest may harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste or in complete disorder will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Any security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to guest behavior will be billed to the guest, with a minimum security fee of $150.
