After almost five years, The Lost Angel Cabin is available for rent.… It's a beautiful, stand-alone house on Sugarloaf in the foothills about 20 minutes above Boulder. It's an 800 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath rustic-but-civilized, two-story cabin that sits on its own 1.5 acres with views of the peaks and plains. Hiking, mountain-biking, and cross-country skiiing are all just outside your door. Kitchen has upgraded appliances and marble countertops. The bedroom has French doors leading to an elevated deck with lovely views. There is a back-up generator for power outages. No washer/dryer or dishwasher. There is an 8'x10' shed to store bikes, skis, tools, etc.
Rent is $1850 per month and includes electricity, water, and recycling. Propane is extra. High-speed reliable StarLink internet is $60 per month. Pets are negotiable.
We're looking for a mountain-savvy person or couple that has a four-wheel drive vehicle. Available September 1st for a long-term rental.
