Maintaining small, private, or exterior spaces (e.g., watering plants, weeding, mowing) as required by the HOA CCR. Tenant is responsible for adhering to HOA rules, paying fines for violations (e.g., trash, noise, parking), and maintaining the property's exterior, as outlined in the lease.
