Unit comes furnished. Screening Notes - As it relates to 'first in time', we use the showing date and not the application date. We consider the nature and severity of the offense, the number and type of convictions, the time that has elapsed since the conviction, your age at the time of conviction, evidence of good tenant history before and after conviction, any additional information showing rehabilitation, good conduct, or other factors that you would like us to consider. Required Fees and Documentation - Apply through Zillow Rentals; the Zillow fee allows prospective renters to apply to an unlimited number of participating rentals for 30 days, and also includes their credit and background reports. This is a soft pull on their credit, so credit scores won't be affected. - Reusable tenant screening reports will be accepted if they include all the information mentioned above - Photo ID required during application - Any missing pieces of application material will be requested; applicants will have 24 hours to provide any supplementary material prior to consideration of other applicants
