Prior rental history or home ownership immediately preceding application must be provided if available. First-time renters or no verifiable rental history may be required to pay additional deposit. Prior evictions, multiple late payments, returned checks, poor housekeeping, disturbing other tenants, unauthorized occupants, property damage, failure to notify landlord of needed repairs, or failure to adhere to rules and policies may result in denial of application. Applicants conduct to current or prior landlord may result in denial of application. Current landlord indicating would not re-let to applicants due to lease violations may be denied. Applicants over 18 will be screened for prior criminal history. Prior conviction do not result in automatic denial. Occupancy is limited to the persons named on the lease and is limited based on the number of bedrooms with 2 persons per bedroom. Children under 24 months do not count in number of persons. Applicants may request reasonable accommodation due to disability. There is a deposit of $500 pet fee which will be used to clean, deodorize, and repair/replace damage caused by pet. Section 8 and subsidy programs accepted and welcomed. We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.030.
