Lease terms

Rent is $3,000 per month due on the 1st of each month. A standard 1-year fixed-term lease is required. Move-in costs include the first month's rent ($3,000) and a security deposit ($3,000) for a total of $6,000 upfront. Up to two cats are permitted. Tenants are designated two assigned off-street parking spaces in the driveway. Owner pays for water. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (electricity, gas, and internet/cable). No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property or on the private patio. Renters insurance is strictly required prior to move-in and key handover. The policy must maintain a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability, explicitly include animal/pet liability coverage, and list the landlord as an "Additional Interested Party."
