One of our apartment-mates is moving out on June 1st and we are looking for someone to fill that room. You will be assuming the remainder of the lease (from June 1st through August 31st) and will have an opportunity to renew for an annual lease starting September 1st.
It is located conveniently 5 minute walk from the Stony Brook and Jackson Square MBTA stations. Some other landmarks include JP Lick and Sam Adams Brewery. It is situated near by several parks, public/communal gardens and 2 public tennis courts.
Northeastern/Wentworth: 15 minute
Downtown Boston: 20 minutes
Ample Residential/Non-Residential off-street parking
House is situated in a quiet neighborhood with excellent neighbors.
