The new custom fire pit has 14 Adirondack chairs and a few small side tables surrounding it, perfect for cool Maine evenings, and is heated by two 100-gallon propane tanks, so you never run out of propane. Located 1 minute from beautiful Higgins Beach, the warmest water temperature in the greater Portland area and a fantastic surfing beach (the best surfing beach around) and only 15 minutes from downtown Portland, this home is bathed in sunlight all day long. The living room, with its huge bank of oversized windows, faces south and has the most fantastic energy and incredible ocean breezes in the summer. It's a great space for the kids to hang out if the adults are in the main living room (or the other way around) so you can have conversation in one room and watch tv or play games in the other.
