This is a short term furnished rental, 4 months maximum. If a stay is less than 14 days the rent is reduced to 60% of the listed amount but renters will be required to sign a 31 day lease- minimum. A security deposit equal to the rent will be held covering potential damages and a base cleaning fee of $350. A copy of a government-issued photo ID to confirm the identity of the responsible party must be provided. Smoking is prohibited and a document outlining "house rules" on excessive noise, parties, and maximum occupancy will be provided at lease signing. A document releasing the host from liability for accidents must also be signed.

It opens into a large formal dining room that seats 8. There are two full baths, one with a soaking tub the other with a standup shower and the charming living room includes a working fire place and a 60 inch TV. The king sized master suite is downstairs and seperated from the rest of the house. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. A laundry room with brand new washer dryer is in the basement. The house gets amazing light throughout the entire day!
