Each of the three bedrooms includes a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry area, a half bath on the main floor, and access to a private piazzaan ideal spot to enjoy the Charleston breeze. Please note that the home is accessed via multiple flights of stairs; an elevator is available, but guests must sign a waiver prior to use. Two off-street parking spaces are provided, and a small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee. The monthly cleaning fee is $300 - In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
