Lease terms

Private bedroom rental in an owner-occupied townhome. Tenant will have exclusive use of their private bedroom and shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and shared bathroom. Rent is $900/month with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Utilities (electric, water, trash, and internet) are included. Excessive utility usage beyond normal residential levels may be shared among occupants and will be determined based on the average usage of the prior three months. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Tenant agrees to maintain cleanliness in private and shared spaces and clean up after use. Tenant must be respectful of shared spaces and other occupants. Pets are on a case by case basis with approval. Tenant is responsible for any pet damage and cleanliness. Guests permitted occasionally. Long-term or frequent overnight guests require approval. 30-day notice required prior to move-out. Tenant is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Parking is available in the community.
