No cats allowed. No smoking allowed. Short term leases are permitted. Must be able to provide proof of 3x rent amount in monthly salary. (Can be all tenants combined) Credit check, background check, references and proof of income to all be verified. Minimum credit score of 600 required for at least 1 tenant. All tenants over age 18 must fill out application. Must fill out application prior to setting up a showing. No evictions or late payments will be accepted on credit report. References from past rental history, including most recent, required.
