Outside, a large deck provides plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink. Downstairs, you'll find even more space to spread out with a covered patio, outdoor seating, a fenced backyard, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Parking is available in the designated driveway and parking areas. Guests are advised to be careful not to hit the house pilings when parking or maneuvering vehicles. Golf carts are also popular and can be rented locally. MerSea is situated in Ramada Beach, a sought-after neighborhood in Crystal Beach known for its golf cart cruising, families heading to the beach, and friendly neighbors. The beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away, allowing for quick access to the sand. Crystal Beach itself offers miles of wide, drivable beaches, local seafood restaurants, fishing spots, beach bars, and a relaxed atmosphere with no high-rise hotels or crowded boardwalks. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco, marijuana, or similar products inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or residue, may result in additional cleaning charges. Please double-check the home before departure. If you'd like an item returned after checkout, a $50 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost will be charged before the item is shipped. Self check-in instructions and access codes will be provided before arrival. If a key is lost, the access code is forgotten, or you're unable to enter after all access options have been exhausted, guests are responsible for any locksmith, re-key, labor, parts, call-out, or after-hours fees. If the issue is caused by a lock malfunction or host error, the cost will be covered. Bring bug spray, as Crystal Beach mosquitoes can be quite active. Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the home and leave sandy shoes outside whenever possible. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper. Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down sinks or drains. Damage caused by misuse of the septic system may result in repair charges. Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property and at checkout. If guests are required to leave due to violations of house rules, illegal activity, excessive disturbances, or irresponsible behavior, no refund will be issued for unused nights. Children should be supervised when using the deck, stairs, outdoor shower, and downstairs patio areas. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty. Swimming and beach activities are at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times near the water.
