Terms at 955 Osprey Blvd

Owner pays garbage. Owner pays Association dues. Renter would be required to abide by the rules of the association. They are not super picky - pretty much the yard needs to look normal and no large trailers, etc in the yard. Renter is responsible for all utilities and for grass cutting and snow removal. We currently have TMobile for Internet. It's 50 dollars a month and works great as one of us works from home. The Xcel bill is around 400 dollars a month. It's on the budget plan. There is a well so there is no charge for water. A background check for all applicants will be required. At least one year duration. The current renters are looking to buy a home so there may be some wiggle room on the availability date.
