Location location location. Nice layout, clean, quiet, private, two-bedroom one bath apartment downstairs in a twin home located on a quiet street.… 750 sf, nice sized bedrooms, plus storage shed. Private entrance.
Laundry hookups, parking on the street, good vibe, pets ok with additional $25 a month and additonal refundable security deposit per pet (no dogs that bark a lot though please), no smokers (no exceptions), credit and criminal background check must be 650 or higher--there's a $40 fee for the bgcheck.
Right across the street from the esteemed and peaceful Water Wellness center. Best water in town and they're always giving away free veggies, bagels, and bread.
No property management company means: no hidden or lease signing fees.
You would not need to put utilities in your name but instead would contribute $100 a month towards these bills, which will save you money year-round on utilities. Internet could also be a shared expense (if you want) with your upstairs neighbors.
