Breed restrictions are Dobermans, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds Akitas, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dog or any Wolf Hybrid, Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, Dalmatian dog and Presa Canario or any mix of these. If you have pets you must get renters insurance as well. Pet rent per pet is $25/month. The pet Deposit is $350 per pet, max number of pets is 2. All security deposits are due upon lease signing.

-Provide 2 Years' verifiable landlord references (if this is your first place a co-signer may be required for the duration of your lease for at least 1 year). Looking for the last 2 years rental history and this is to verify rent payments have been made on time. Landlord references will be checked and if there are any discrepancies, your application will be denied.
-No recent evictions/housing-judgments (with or without balances) (False landlord references or misrepresentation of any kind is considered fraud and your application will be denied)
