We are located in Aina Haina valley, halfway between Diamond Head and Hanauma Bay. Aina Haina Shopping Center is five minutes from the home, with Foodland Farms (grocery store), Pieology Pizza, McDonald's, Starbucks, First Hawaiian Bank, Mama Pho, Uncle Clay's Shave Ice, etc. Great school district (Aina Haina Elementary, Kalani High School) but also close to private schools Holy Nativity, Star of the Sea, Iolani, Punahou, Mid-Pacific, along with the University of Hawaii and Chaminade.
This two story has a townhouse-like feel, with a large open ground floor of approximately 900 square feet that has two twin Murphy beds (wall mounted) discreetly disguised as cabinets/shelving. This makes the ground floor ideal as a home office, kids' playroom, guest/in-law room. The two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with a Cal King + Queen Inspiration bed frames and mattresses. Upstairs also has the living room (w white leather sofa), kitchen, and other full bathroom.
Live like you're in the country, right in Honolulu. Listen to the birds every morning, and maybe even catch a glimpse of the stream behind the home during heavy rains. It's beautiful! Tradewinds make air conditioning unnecessary, but each room has ceiling fans and split a/c units.
