Please note that both have approximately 5 steps, and the available room is on the second floor, requiring approximately 15 steps. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The homeowner/landlord is attentive and keeps up with the property. You will often see them tending to maintenance or working in the back portion of the property, which includes one other separate unit/home on the lot. The house has a large living room, spacious kitchen and dining room, and free on-site laundry with a washer and dryer. The house is not scent- or allergen-free, and because we are right next to the freeway, the house can get somewhat dusty, particularly in the sunlit kitchen and upstairs bedrooms. Housemates You would be living with three housemates, queer individuals in their 20s and 30s, and one indoor cat. Mixture of working professionals, construction workers, delivery drivers, and creatives. We are all different, with diverse interests inside and outside the home. Because our schedules can be busy, we mostly stay connected via group chat and try to maintain a comfortable, respectful household. We generally rise early, so keeping things relatively quiet at night is important. Housemates rotate garbage and recycling duties weekly and share responsibility for keeping common areas clean. One roommate is gluten-free, so certain utensils, plates, and countertop appliances are reserved for their use. Otherwise, there is are various cabinets and cubbards with reserved and shared kitchen items.
