The existing tenants in the building are working professionals and all tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. Included in the rent are the heat & hot water. The property management team is available 7 days per week, works to resolve issues quickly and visits the property 5 - 7 times per week to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, laundry facilities, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained.
