New Rental Maintenance Plans We're excited to offer new **optional Maintenance Plans** for our 18 and 24-month leases (12-month leases are not available). These plans allow you to customize your monthly rent based on your preferred deductible. Here are your options: - $2200/month: Standard rent, no deductible. - $2150/month: You pay a $50 deductible for maintenance issues. - $2125/month: You pay a $75 deductible for maintenance issues. - $2100/month: You pay a $100 deductible for maintenance issues. Our leasing coordinators can provide you with full details and answer any questions you may have. **Important Security Notice & Pre-screening Requirements Before Contacting Us** Please be aware that we will NEVER ask for a security deposit or upfront rent until your rental application has been received and approved in writing by one of our representatives.
