Modern newly renovated home in Sugar House.… Charming neighborhood 3 minutes from I80 and walkable/bikeable to public transit, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. The house has on and off street parking, a large back yard, and a garage for storage. There is a common den with large windows upstairs and a common area in the finished basement, as well as a wash room with a washer and dryer. All common rooms are furnished. Three housemates are looking for some to fill the 4th room.
Roommates are great people and easy to get along with. They're all friendly and helpful while still giving space when needed. They enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as sewing and wood working projects. We currently have one husky who is very cute and friendly. Unfortunately, additional pets will not be considered at this time.
