The included Snowscape club house includes a pool, hot tub, steam room, laundry, bathrooms and lounge (small kitchen, fireplace, ping pong table and seating). The complex has easy, unassigned parking in the lot for you and your guests. 4 person max (e.g., 2 couples or 2 individuals, or one couple with kids; not 4 individuals). No pets (per HOA rules) and no Smoking. Rent includes all utilities: fast internet, electric, water/sewer, heat (this is significant), Dish Network TV, trash, and snow removal. The included base board heat keeps it plenty warm in the winter, and the cooler temperatures keep it cool in the summer; no need for air conditioning here. It is generally 20-25 degrees cooler here than in Denver with summer highs mostly in the 60s and 70s. This condo is perfect for someone looking to get up to the mountains and Summit County for skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and more.
