This is a detached cottage set in the back of our townhouse. It is quiet, secure, with sweeping views of the city and bay. You have two balconies. PLS text for serious interested parties. It is actually a detached cottage, home in the back of our townhouses (2 units in front) you have a private gated entry way but there are stairs. Also the full bathroom is in the master suite. The other bathroom is in the main floor. Ideal for couples. The second bedroom can only fit a twin bed. It's on the park, quiet neighborhood with shops, restaurants, etc within steps of the home.
