Located just a short walk from the beach, you'll love the convenience of being close to the sand and surf. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island, perfect for preparing meals together. Fast internet keeps you connected, while the outdoor dining space is ideal for enjoying coastal breezes. Each room includes a smart TV for streaming. Head downstairs to enjoy the charcoal grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Parking is available on the driveway. Please be very careful not to hit the pilings with your vehicle when parking under the house. Grilling is permitted on the patio area downstairs only. This home is situated just a short walk to the beach, offering easy access to the sand and surf. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Absolutely no smoking is permitted. No parties or events are allowed. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Do not leave out any food that will attract unwanted pests. Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. Please clean the grill after use. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If anything is accidentally broken, please let us know ASAP. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at the renter's expense. Please lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. If the renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If the renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at the visitor's own risk. Fast internet keeps you connected. The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter's closet (located in the laundry room), and the garage.
