Lease terms

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. The security deposit is non-refundable. No pets are permitted on the property under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the property may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Tenants may not paint or alter any walls within the home unless prior written approval is given by the landlord. If approved, the tenant must return the room(s) to the original color prior to move-out. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused to the property during the lease term. This includes, but is not limited to, holes in walls, damaged windows, countertops, flooring, appliances, fixtures, or any other part of the home. If no individual tenant accepts responsibility for the damage, all tenants listed on the lease will be held equally responsible for repair or replacement costs.
