The 2 bathrooms are spa quality, and the 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished. Master bedroom with ensuite bath opens onto private heated pool. There are several lounging areas to bask in the sun in the backyard, by the pool, or front courtyard. This is a very quiet and private setting located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with walled exterior, so privacy is guaranteed. Rent is $2500 per month. Owner pays for Trash service, Wifi, ADT / RING security, and internet streaming cable TV and up to $150/mo electric and up to $50 in gas utiltities. Monthly landscaping and weekly pool cleaning service is also included. We cannot accept pets. Owner has allergies, and this is not negotiable. Thank you. There is a $2500 fully refundable deposit.
