Current rent set at 700$ a month. Utilities are split based on space occupied with main house, 25% for this apartment and 75% for the main house (Monthly). Utilities include (Trash Bill which is fixed, Internet which is fixed and the two other utilities which are fluctuating (Water/Sewer and Electric). More details can be discussed once signing and interest shown. Credit score and background check are REQUIRED before signing. This is a studio apartment, NEWLY remodeled as of 2025. No smoking inside. But feel free to smoke out front where the door is. The neighbor is close by within feet away but as long as there is not groups of people hanging around outside and keeping to them selves it would be acceptable. Cats or dogs can be discussed as a possibility. Fish tank would be allowed. Pets are NOT preferred. There is 1-2 parking spots available right in front of the entrance of apt. Renters insurance required for inside household items and loss of items, this would be of the renters responsibility and proof of active policy. (These run usually only 10-30$ per month). The home itself if God forbid was lost due to an act of God has insurance. Your vehicle is of your responsibility and should have insurance but is at the renters risk with loss. The last month rent is due up front on the first month and the second month the security deposit is due. The renter is responsible for any damages occurred to the apartment. The lease is agreed upon for 1 year but can be negotiable upon signing. You can't beat this deal for a brand new place to live at this fixed rate! The furnished items are included with this price and are of responsibility to be taken care of by the owner. It comes as is! If damaged or lost they can be replaced by the renter, this includes, TV, table and chairs. Appliances are brand new and should be taken care of by renter and within reason if they do not work anymore due to NORMAL use they will be replaced/fixed by owner when able.
