Owner pays Highlands Ranch HOA's giving access to all recreation centers in Highlands Ranch which is in addition to the Tresana pool. Any programs or classes offered at the Rec Centers for a $ fee are the tenants responsibility. All HOA's, water, sewer, trash/recycle, snow removal are paid by Landlord. Tenant pays for their own cable, wi-fi, streaming services, gas and electric. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of the annual policy in required listing the Landlord as an Additional Interest which provides them notices of policy lapse, policy changes or cancellations. No smoking or any kind is allowed in or on the premises. No Marijuana or illegal drugs are allowed in or on premises. Minimum 1 year lease and will consider a longer term.
