Lease terms
Renter responsible for all utilities (water, gas and electric). Renters responsible for cutting the lawn in the front yard and the back yard, as well as watering the tree in front of the house, as well as plowing the snow. The house includes an automatic sprinkler system that needs to be turned on in the spring and turned off at the beginning of Winter. Property owner will take care of winterizing the sprinkler system. A lawnmower will be included with the property rental. Renter must respect the Buffalo Highlands community rules and regulations. The security deposit is due at signing. Paint cannot be changed and any wall decor must be hung without nails or anything that damages the walls. Minimum 12 month lease. Security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, upon inspection of home. We will provide a document allowing the renter to point out any damages prior to move in date and renter will be responsible for any damages to the property prior to move out date. Proof of income will be required.
