There is a small playground and a pond on site, as well as room to explore. We have plenty of room for boat, ATV and toys for parking. The county park and beach, with boat launch and fishing pier are within walking distance. There is a restaurant nextdoor and a convenience store around the corner. Occasional music from karaoke and bands can be heard. If tenant wants an RV cover, we can go in together on it with a signed 2-year lease.
